A superhero-themed Minecraft experience is a real product category. The listing is specifically for Minecraft for Windows and Minecraft Preview for Windows.

That confirms the superhero side of the idea. It does not say that ordinary survival loot is automatically replaced with superheroes.

Random does not mean equal

The Bedrock loot-table documentation describes loot tables through pools, rolls, entries and conditions. The companion conditions reference explains that random_chance uses a value from 0.0 to 1.0, where 0.2 represents a 20% chance. It also explains that weight controls relative selection rather than acting as a fixed percentage.

That distinction changes how the challenge should be understood. A pool can be allowed to succeed only sometimes, while weights can make some eligible rewards more common than others. “Random” therefore does not automatically mean every superhero has the same odds.

What the concept actually means

Taken together, the sources support a narrower and more useful reading: this is a Bedrock-style custom ruleset in which loot-table logic chooses themed rewards, while superhero content supplies the powers and setting. The two systems can work together, but they are not the same feature.
