For a PC stream in India, two separate questions matter: can the computer run the selected GTAV edition, and is the YouTube channel ready for live streaming? Which GTAV edition does the PC meet?

What does YouTube require for the live part?
YouTube’s English (India) live-streaming guide lists three channel conditions: the channel must be verified, it must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the previous 90 days, and the streamer must be at least 16 years old.
The same guide lists an encoder as a streaming method and recommends encoders for gameplay, overlays, multiple cameras and microphones. That makes the encoder route the relevant YouTube workflow for a PC game stream.
YouTube’s encoder instructions direct creators to YouTube Studio → Create → Go live → Stream. The stream URL and stream key from YouTube are then entered into the encoder. These are channel and broadcast steps; they do not replace the PC compatibility check.
Why the two checks should not be combined
A computer can satisfy the game’s listed requirement while the channel still fails YouTube’s live-streaming conditions. The reverse is also true: a verified channel does not make an unsupported PC suitable for GTAV.
