The useful conclusion is not that one tool is better. They are designed around different kinds of input.

When the thing you have is a screenshot, begin with Lens

Lens is the more direct starting point when the clue is already visual. Google’s Android instructions describe choosing a screenshot, adjusting the selected area, and reviewing the results. A smaller selection can help keep the search focused on the object or section that matters.
